To avoid any miscommunication, we would encourage you to contact the shipper (if you are not being contacted) or trace the parcel through the tracking number provided for you once the product has been dispatched.
In the event the order is returned to the sender (after failing to be collected within the time frame set by the local postal authority), it will be the responsibility of the receiver to pay the charges for the second delivery.
